The 200 Kva Distribution Transformer is a customized product tailored for Iraq. To cope with the local high-temperature conditions, we have optimized the structure of this transformer and added an independent oil circuit to enhance the internal circulation and heat dissipation of the transformer oil. Meanwhile, the transformer enclosure is fabricated from 5mm cold-rolled steel plates and coated with outdoor-specific anti-corrosion paint, with the area of the cooling fins on the enclosure increased by 15%. After a 16-hour temperature rise test, this transformer achieved a temperature rise of 55K, enabling it to adapt perfectly to Iraq's high-temperature environment. Additionally, targeted sealing treatment has been applied to resist Iraq's harsh sandstorm conditions.

The transformer body undergoes professional vacuum drying treatment to remove moisture from insulation materials, effectively improving insulation performance and ensuring stable operation under high-temperature and humid conditions.


Transformer testing
Each transformer passes 10+ strict tests before leaving the factory, covering insulation testing, load testing, temperature rise testing, and more, to fully verify product performance and compliance with standards.

We adopt a steel frame structure for packaging, with transformers placed in two layers. This design ensures the safety of transformers during transportation, effectively utilizes container space, and reduces overall shipping costs for customers.
