To cope with the local high-temperature conditions, we have optimized the structure of this transformer and added an independent oil circuit to enhance the internal circulation and heat dissipation of the transformer oil. Meanwhile, the transformer enclosure is fabricated from 5mm cold-rolled steel plates and coated with outdoor-specific anti-corrosion paint, with the area of the cooling fins on the enclosure increased by 15%. After a 16-hour temperature rise test, this transformer achieved a temperature rise of 55K, enabling it to adapt perfectly to Iraq's high-temperature environment. Additionally, targeted sealing treatment has been applied to resist Iraq's harsh sandstorm conditions.
