We have customized a 1000KVA 33/0.415 Kv Transformer for Ethiopian clients, featuring a high input voltage of 33KV and a low output voltage of 0.415KV. Given the potential instability of Ethiopia's national power grid-with high voltage fluctuating between 36KV and 26KV-conventional 33/0.415KV transformers fail to adapt to such grid voltage variations. The insulation system adopts NOMEX paper + insulation oil composite insulation (withstand temperature of 155℃), and the 33kV side power frequency withstand voltage is increased to 80kV. Short-circuit impedance is precisely controlled at 5% ± 0.5%, capable of withstanding 25 times the rated current impact. A built-in intelligent temperature control module supports dual monitoring of oil temperature and winding temperature, with a response speed 30% faster than industry standards.
